Homework Due Date: Wednesday 3/11
Dear
Families,
As
part of our new math unit on clocks and telling time, we plan to create a
museum of time telling instruments. We
are asking students to bring in clocks, watches, timers or any other
instruments that help keep track of time. We will display these around our
classroom for a few days. Students will describe the instruments they brought
from home. Then they will each choose several from our class display to sketch
and describe in math journals. We will return
all instruments as soon as we finish our museum project. It would be helpful if
you labeled yours with your child’s name.
