Sunflowers, Zinneas and Pumpkins

Our plants have flourished under the grow lights. We have been comparing and contrasting the three plant types. Also, we have incorporated non fiction text features such as charts, labeling and magnification drawings in our science journals. I am hoping that some of the children will be able to harvest a pumpkin in the fall.
